We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to secure your preferred vehicle, especially during peak wedding season (October–April). However, we can accommodate shorter notice bookings subject to availability.

Can I decorate the wedding car?

Our Prestige and Royal packages include professional ribbon and floral decoration. You are welcome to add your own touches — we just ask that nothing damages the vehicle interior or exterior.

Do you provide transport for the bridal party?

Absolutely. We offer multiple vehicle packages so your bridesmaids, groomsmen, and family can all travel in style. Our stretch limousines are perfect for larger bridal parties.

What happens if the wedding runs overtime?

We understand weddings don’t always run to schedule. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at a pre-agreed rate, with no surprises.

Can I do a photo stop between the ceremony and reception?

Yes! Photo stops are included in our Prestige and Royal packages. We know the best scenic locations across Melbourne for stunning wedding photography.

Is a trial run available?

We offer a complimentary vehicle viewing at our Williamstown showroom so you can see the car in person and meet your chauffeur before the big day.
